Photo Shoot July 2013 - wedding/couples

A friend of ours asked us if we wanted to help him build his portfolio by posing for him as a (wedding) couple. I still had my wedding dress hanging around and told him we were up for it. During Stampede on Stephen Avenue you sure do get some attention in your wedding attire! tyling and makeup are one by me; my wedding dress is by Pronovias, jewelry by Swarovski. The Evening gows is by Jovani and I bougt this dress at Echo bridal in downtown Calgary (www.echoevenings.com), jewelry by Swarovski, shoes; Jimmy Choo. Photo Shoot May 2013 - 50's style

The 50's are still an inspiration today; the clothes, the hair and the makeup. I wanted to do a fun photo shoot with photographer George Dimitov (www.georgedimitrovphotography.com), and decided to 'sacrifice' myself, and got into the 50's mood. I'm not a model, but with the help of some makeup, cool clothes and great directions from George I think we got some nice results.

Photo shoot April 2013

In April Mauri (the model) and I got together with photographer George Dimitrov (www.georgedimitrovphotography.com) and did a photo shoot at Mauri's house. Mauri is not used to wearing a lot of makeup, and posing in front of a camera with all the attention on her was very much out of her comfort zone. In the first pictures I used a natural look on her to get used to the feeling, and in the last shots I made de look a bit darker to reveal Mauri's sexy side.

Photo shoot February 2013

 

In February I did a photo shoot with my beautiful friend Jessica Joseph as our model, using amazing Jewelry by Sylla Designs. The makeup is done by me and is inspired by the 'jungle feeling' we wanted to create. The photographer is Benny Beni Cufi, he also did all of the edditing on the pictures.

Photo Shoot November 2012


This photo shoot was done in november 2012 , it was a project I was doing for the school Artists Within as part of my Graduation.

Make up and styling were done by me. The model in the picture is Ashley Martin and the pictures were taken by Paulina Ochoa. 

The picture shows a modern day women, running from meeting to meeting looking fabulous.

I wanted to make her look like a present day cindarella; she just had a lunch break with a handsome man and is late for her next meeting.

I've inspired the makeup from the 50's style dress; a bold red lip, defined eye brows, and winged eye liner.
